Re: Investing for Retirement

@cldrunner There’s also an odd little catch about not being able to only move after tax contributions from a 401k to a Roth IRA. You would have to roll out the entire balance, pretax to Trad IRA & post tax to Roth IRA. When I get to a computer I can find the link on the IRS website.

If you're lucky enough to be in a Locast area you won't need an antenna for local channels. Download the app and you're good to go.

Re: Viburnum Hedges ?

@ThomasPI Coppertop Sweet Viburnum is a really good super fast growing hedge, not sure it flowers though. Pineapple guava makes a nice hedge with beautiful flowers and edible fruit. I’m on the 7b/8a line and planted one this fall to see if it will make it through the winter.

Re: Liquid Aeration - Real or Not?

@eakatank Liquid aeration products/wetting agents can't increase/add air penetration to the mass. That was the whole point of his video. They encourage root aeration which increase/add air penetration to the mass.

Re: How to prune a crepe myrtle?

wchang23 Everyone has their own way of pruning these trees. I definitely don't like pollarding a.k.a. crepe murder. I would wait for it to go dormant and then do some thinning before you cut half of the tree off. I use a pole pruner and start by cutting any limbs that cross or touch each other. The...

Pezking7p It's a good book  ....and it's free. I agree with you. If I'm reading you correctly, I believe you have arrived at the point. No one product or technique is going to achieve the goal of a healthier soil that encourages root exploration. Many have mentioned the toolbox comparison, it'...
