Re: ericg's NJ Lawn Journal

Green Cx apps every 3 weeks has been great. I did my third app 2 weeks ago and will probably do another one next week and call it for the season. I haven't really been following what is available now since the lawn is holding it's own. I think adding KBG to the mix has really helped in the backyard...

You can also try www.findlotsize.com

Not sure where they get their aerial images from but I just checked my address and they seem to have a newer aerial image of my house when I compared to Google.

So, it was letting you pull backwards, then just stopped?

How long does it take you with your 48”?
Not long enough. Honestly I sometimes double cut just to spend more time outside. ☺️

Re: New Toy

I might be having second thoughts on the TimeMaster. I haven’t used it yet; My lawn is 12,000 square feet. 12k isn’t much grass but I don’t want it to take over an hour. I might exchange it for a 36”. Thoughts? I have 13k and use a 48" wb. Love how quickly I can finish and how much power the motor ...

Re: Medium sized lawn......mower dilemma??’s

@ericgautier After researching way more than I care to admit, I think I have stumbled upon an option that might work well. A place local to me has a 2013 36” Exmark Turf Tracer with mulch kit and sulky for $2000. The machine has roughly 200 hours on it. While looking at how the yard is going to be ...

Re: Chapin Backpack sprayer $49 @ WalMart!

I found a store nearby that had 3 in stock. I bought one and filled it with a gallon of water. As soon as I switched the pump on it leaked water. Junk. Too good to be true, a battery powered sprayer for $50. Call and get it replaced under Warranty? I've had mine for over 3 years without any issues....

Re: Medium sized lawn......mower dilemma??’s

@ericgautier Do you feel the 48” is adequate for a yard the size of yours? I question whether a 36” or 42” might be more maneuverable? Not gonna lie the Bradley 36” stander and Wright B 36” stander intrigue me as well! When I had the 42" rider, I was wishing for more deck width. 48" is perfect for ...

Re: Medium sized lawn......mower dilemma??’s

I have about 13k and started with a Toro 22” recycler. Cut quality was good but I quickly realized I needed a bigger mower. I bought an older John Deere (LT160) rider with a 42” deck. It definitely sped up my mowing but I wasn’t too thrilled with the quality of cut. I sold the rider and bought a use...

Re: Chapin Backpack sprayer $49 @ WalMart!

$35 near me and a few for $49 a little farther away. That's with the brickseek app which hasn't worked well for me in the past. Either inventory off or price wrong. My experience with brickseek is if item shows "limited stock" that store does not have any left. But if item shows "in stock" and at l...

Here it is

Thanks! Might be worth giving a shot for that price.
