I bought one from him and received the item. It is a brand new Flowzone sprayer. I'm satisfied - if anyone is interested.

Re: Battery Backpack Sprayer - Summer 2020

God I hope it’s not 6 weeks. I ordered my Cyclone 2, nearly 2 weeks ago. Waiting 9+ weeks for a sprayer?! Seems a little long... might switch it up - and get one maybe next year. Not sure anymore... Quick update - I contacted FlowZone about my Tornado order on May 31st and they mentioned it would b...

I haven’t had a chance to use mine much. I was going to the other day, but my FlowZone battery wouldn’t take a charge. :bd:

Re: Moorganite

IF I were paying full price, I'd go with the original.

I've been getting Milo Pro in 50# bags for $15 at Siteone. 18 more pounds and a smaller prill for same price.

Re: Moorganite

Likely another Milo clone. $16 for 2,500sq/ft is just too expensive for me. YMMV.

Visit your local SiteOne if you have one. Much better pricing than retailers.

Re: Watering Time

I've read this as well, and have split my watering into 3 days a week if temps support it. We are in the 80's and 70's right now and and thus I'm watering twice a week, unless it rains. Nothing you can do this season, but for next season, aim to ween your grass off regular irrigation, and it will b...

Re: Watering Time

You don't need to put down a whole inch, you can do half and another half in a few days. The inch at a time advice is geared towards encouraging deep root growth, but you do that before summer, because root growth on cool season grasses grinds to a halt after the soil hits a certain temperature. Le...

Re: Propane Hand Foggers

OK for small areas, very tiresome for larger ones. It's designed to fog your patio before a party. The fogging liquid kills instantly but only lasts a few hours. If you want longer term results, you'll need to spike it. Ok, so it's still better to do general spray on a monthly basis then to add a p...

Propane Hand Foggers

So what's the general consensus of these propane hand foggers? Good, bad, indifferent? Looking for another type of application primarily for mosquitos and/or other insects. Possible perimeter/whole lawn application of concentrated insecticides? I don't know a lot about these, so figured I'd ask here...

Re: Scott's new "dualie" spreader

When I used the Edge Guard today - it worked dang near as advertised. I see what you're saying, but I was still getting coverage where I wanted it. The Lesco is white/lime green in color, so it's easy to see. I didn't get 100% "coverage" on the edges, but it did get down, and that's fine. One thing ...

Re: Scott's new "dualie" spreader

I’m going to use Lesco 32-0-3 tonight and I’ll see what the results are. I used Milo Pro (extremely small prill) and also DiseaseEz (which is also extremely small) and believe I got good coverage. Definitely no “yellow” areas along the edge when I applied Milo Pro. In fact is a bit greener along my ...

Re: Scott's new "dualie" spreader

Looks about right to me? Some material will fall straight down near that wheel as I'm certain SOME material is getting reflected back that way (straight down). Im curious, do you expect any edge gaurd to actually throw product down where its supposed to be "blocked"? Im not sure I totally understand...

To each their own. We could argue about car payments, mortgages, investments too.

No reason to defend my purchase. If I feel it's worth it, then it is to me. I don't feel like a car payment is worth it to me, and thus, I don't have one. But again, to each their own.
