Merry Christmas y’all. Keep moving in the right direction! 😁
Need to get looking as sharp as I can for my wedding in May.
Congratulations! :)

If that's not enough motivation, I don't think there will be anything to motivate you to stay in the gym for 5 months.

Re: Blower recomendations

I’ve owned a husqvarna 150BT for 3 years with heavy use(snow, grass clippings, leaves) and its been bulletproof so far. 3-4 pull start every time They are excellent blowers and come from the "Redmax 'line'" - high-quality motor for sure. I've had mine for at least 8 years and love it. Re: What's Grilling/Smoking?

I got a Weber iGrill 2 for Christmas. I want something to read the grill temp and not necessarily the internal temp of the meat. Would like something that is Bluetooth compatible. I plan to use it to cook large cuts over 6-10 hours. Gift was $100 and I've got the receipt. Anybody got better recomme...

Re: The Zoysia Bible

This is a great idea - I’ve tossed around the idea of going Zoysia grass, possibly early spring 2020. Get one more year of experience on my belt in 2019, then might pull the trigger and resod the entire yard.

Re: Firearms of TLF

I would like one myself - spent a decent amount of time doing my research, now it's just up to how it feels in my hands. Glock is coming out with a Glock 43X https://www.gunsamerica.com/digest/rumor-mill-upcoming-glock-43x-with-101-capacity/ So I will wait until January/February to make my decision....

Re: Husqvarna attachment

I currently have the Husqvarna 128CD curved shaft trimmer. I'd like to purchase the straight shaft attachment so I can get on the landscape blade train but, I can't seem to find a listing for one. Are other models generally compatible across these "attachment ready" models? Thanks. Any of the attac...

Re: How much power does self propel eat?

I know there are a lot of Toro's out there with 190cc engines - the Honda is 160cc. 4.6hp/6.9tq There are. My B&S engine is one of them. But it's an older L-head design and is rated for 6.75 torque by spec. The newer B&S 163cc engines (which happen to be OHVs) are often rated at 7.25 torque, so the...

Re: How much power does self propel eat?

Theoretically, yes. I do not have any issues with my slightly "under-powered" Honda HRR216 cutting thick 4" St Aug at all. I don't have any issues with the engine struggling, due to the varying speed control (self-propelled) transmission. I walk slower, so the blade stays in contact with the grass ...

Re: How much power does self propel eat?

Why? Are you brush hogging or finish mowing? Golf course, highway right of way, or forest clearing? Because I've always used 21" manual push mowers, and am wondering if a self propel model with the same engine torque rating (6.75) would be a slight downgrade in cutting power, theoretically. 21/22 i...

Re: Spray Nozzles For N-EXT Products

Regardless of the method used for application of the 18-0-1 the hose end or backpack are going to require several refills. On the 20oz/M and 7:1 ratio a backpack would get you 3500 square feet, and an Ortho hose end would be around 2,000 square feet. I know that Allyn Hayne mentioned one of the N-E...

Re: Spray Nozzles For N-EXT Products

@NewLawnJon You are correct. Almost everything calls for 7:1, except 18-0-1 but even that's unclear. The 18-0-1 label states 7:1, but the application instructions state 20:1. Even if you are using a 7:1 ratio, the 18-0-1 calls for between 12 to 24 oz per 1,000 square feet. At the 24 oz rate you're ...

I have easy access to the Growth Products Micrel. Thats why I was going to try it along with Milorganite. I have never used a liquid Iron product.
I’d use it if I could get it for cheap. Since I’m cheap, I like Feature. Lol
