Re: ctrav journal

Finally had a chance to cut the front lawn. We had rain for 15 straight days which sucked! I still can’t cut the entire back yet but soon. Grass is turning green and mowing season is here so that’s a plus!

Put down sand over 12K sf. It helped having my 14-year-old daughter and 15-year-old son taking turns filling and delivering the gorilla cart.

Awesome...whats their hourly rate seeing as how I need help :)

Re: 2020 | What did you do with your lawn today?

I declared war on my poa explosion a few days ago. Today was day 3 of the eradication effort. After using a screw driver day 1 to pop them out (pia), I started to think how I could do this more efficiently. Well there sat my Milwaukee 12 volt drill and an old 1 inch spade bit. Tried that and it sur...

Now if you want to swing by I can videotape and we can show the lawn care world 🤓 So just to catch up on the journal: Monday morning ...

Re: Bermuda Lawn Leveling by a Pro

Are they just top dressing it or are they going to use a drag as well to ensure it’s level?

First off thanks for sharing this! I just got a quote for my 8K front lawn to do the following; Deep core aeration apply 50/50 mix top dressing (they have a machine that spreads it) Price of $460 which includes a 15% veterans discount I have to scalp and bag before hand myself. Re: 2020 | What did you do with your lawn today?

Pulled some soil samples. Going to have to let them dry for a few days as the clay here is still wet. https://i.postimg.cc/gkj1TCMn/20200307-180256.jpg Also finally bought a stick of this from Ollie's. Used it on some winter weeds in the lawn. https://i.postimg.cc/nznPYgjV/20200307-180652.jpg Get e...
