Re: Dead Bermuda or disease?

Could be take all root rot. Either way, go with what @FATC1TY said and you'll be repaired in no time. You might consider adding a fungicide to your regimen.

Re: Something weird

The blades that are covered with sand are not able to make chlorophyll so they turn yellow. It will bounce right back.

Re: Fungicide

@Greendoc looks like I might be dealing with some brown patch issues along with my dollar spot. Given I just sprayed ppz what would you recommend next? Still 3336f and exteris? I don’t think I will be able to spray ppz when it gets much warmer so I’ll look into getting eagle as well.

Re: Fungicide

@Greendoc I have dollar spot. I didn’t know if I needed heritage? I sprayed ppz 41.8 today and figured I should be in the market for another fungicide? Didn’t know if I could add clearys to my regimen?

Fungicide

If I used a group 3 fungicide can I use a fungicide from any of the other groups to prevent resistance or is there a certain group that works best? Was looking at buying clearys 3336, which is a group 1 fungicide.

Re: Too much rain to level?

I would. I tried to spread wet sand last year and its a waste of time. It wont fall through the canopy like you'd like.

@Shuffinator here is your tell tell as to if it is dollar spot. You might be dealing with something else though. I am looking at buying another fungicide so if you want to split something let me know.

Re: Fungus damage

I already bought it so I will roll the dice. Thanks for the heads up though. It does suggest not to apply more than 1.44 oz/1k in a months time.

Re: Fungus damage

It recommends watering in Propiconazole if the fungus is a soil born disease. Anyone know if dollar spot is? I know it affects the blades but wasn't sure if it lived in the soil or just on the blades.

Re: Fungus damage

Mightyquinn I am going to go ahead and apply the PPZ 41.8% Select Propiconazole that I have. Read a little more about dollar spot it sounds like it starts growing at much cooler temps than I realized (around 55 degrees). We have had about 31 nights around that temp the last month and a half. I know...
