Warm season grasses like Bermuda, Zoysia, St. Augustine, Centipede & Paspalum

I know both can have similar symptoms so I'm unsure which one I might be dealing with. These are found mostly along the edges of the yard and pop up in otherwise healthy grass. They don't grow above the canopy but are generally found in areas where the ground is recessed. Some are attached to dead stolons, while others are attached to healthy grass. I do not use PGR.
