New guy. Grass identification picture

Post by Clworks » Wed Jun 12, 2019 5:29 pm

First post to the forum. So I guess my first question is pretty basic. I live in southern Utah and bought a new house with SOD already laid. Can someone confirm this as being Kentucky Blue grass.

Boat shape refers to the blade tip. Show us so picture of an uncut leaf tip.

Yes that is bluegrass. Truthfully I can’t tell if that is Kentucky bluegrass, maybe someone else can chime in. Something just looks off to me.

+1 on KBG to me. I'm no expert, but boat shape is what I look for.
