Would like some help ID this. Driving me nuts, its here and there in my yard, reel mower will not cut this.

Bought the house 4 years ago, 1st year reel mowing at .75" Been over seeding the past 3 falls with KBG/PRG. Took a year to get the weeds under control.

I'm no expert but looks like the PRG going to seed/ growing seed stocks.
I think lots of people are seeing this. I know i certainly am. Never did last year.
Pretty sure thats not the kbg, leaves aren't right.
