I just finished spraying feature 15 minutes ago and I didn’t put a surfactant in.

You can use it, but it is not a must. I do iron with PGR, so it has a surfactant to it.

+1 sometimes if the pgr rate is too high it can cause slight yellowing so combining it with iron helps a lot!

I mix FEature with HA and spray without a surfactant. Remember that FEature is a lot more than just iron.

Without a surfactant will get more product down into the soil/roots - where as with surfactant it is opposite. You may get a little bit quicker results with a surfactant, but longer results without (plus the micronutrients are great for improving soil health).

It sounds like its okay to mix Feature 6-0-0 with PGR?
I can't keep track of all the approved combinations

How quick have you seen results when not using a surfactant vs using one?

@SpiveyJr I usually see results in 2 days without a surfactant.

Thats what i am seeing also and by the way does everybody water in there feature? I let mine sit on the blades for at least 12 hours and then give it a 1/4" of water if no rain.

I almost always put mine down in the evening and let it set overnight and water it in first thing in the morning. I take this approach with just about everything.

How late in the year do you guys put this down? I’m thinking of doing an app this weekend and another before Halloween weekend.
