Liquid iron to new sod

Post by doady22 »

Hey guys new to the lawn game I just got my backyard all done and sod had been down for about 6 weeks. I put down some x green 8-1-8 fertilizer 5 weeks after it was laid. Was just wondering if it’s ok to put down some liquid chelated iron from lawn star or if I should wait? Just trying to get it to a darker green then what it is. Any advice is much appreciated.

@doady22 As soon as it is tacked down you can go ahead and fertilize it, by the 6 week mark you are well past that and you can put down anything you want. Spray away my friend! :)
